Enlightened Master Patanjali discovered the Yoga sutras around 5000 years ago. And from then Yoga has come a long way .Yoga now is the new fashion in NY City. Many Yoga students who go to Yoga classes on a regular basis when asked as to what attracted them to Yoga, the response were - desire to relieve stress, to gain greater flexibility and strength, to avoid diseases, to heal back problems, to find peace of mind, and to learn how to relax.
But is Yoga just limited to these benefits?
The body collects and stores every stressful, painful, fearful or traumatic experience, as chronic tension, as an inappropriate contraction of voluntary muscles. Yoga that we all are familiar with does relieve us of many tensions in the body, and controlled breathing does in fact relieve stress and induce calm, but very often there is a deeper layer of tension that does not respond to these systematic and gradual methods.
Osho has given a totally different dimension to Yoga. He says ‘Yoga is the state of no-mind. The word “mind” covers all – your egos, your desires, your hopes, your philosophies, your religions, your scriptures. “
“In your body, there exists a subtle current of electricity, very subtle. But the subtler it is, the deeper it goes. It is not very visible. Scientists say that all the electricity that is in your body, if put together, can be used to light a five-candle bulb."
“These seven centers, these seven chakras Yoga and Tantra have talked about down the ages, are nothing but five knots in your body electric current. They can be changed; they can be rearranged. They can be given a new shape, form. Two lovers can be transformed so deeply that all their seven centers can start meeting. “
In this meditation camp we will use deep breathing, movement and dance, active body meditations and chakra energy work to loosen the body's muscular "armoring", opening to deeper layers of relaxation and sensitivity. Tuning into the energy flow through the spine and the Chakras, we will explore the natural bio-electric polarity of the masculine and feminine energies. Tantric meditations from Osho's “ Vigyan Bhairav Tantra - Book of Secrets" will form a basis for partner meditations using breath, eye contact, touch, inner sensing, and sharing. Meeting and melting with the other in a deep let-go, we can rediscover the natural blissfulness that is a potential of our loving relationships.
In the evening, when the sun is falling down and the moon is welcoming, we will go into a beautiful celebration, a dance with all the enlightened Masters and merge into a song with Osho .

9:00 – 10:00 – Dynamic Meditation
10:00 -11:15 – Breakfast and River visit
11:15 –12:30 – Osho Chakra Breathing –Awakening the body Chakra energy
12:30 – 1:15 - Osho video / audio
1:15 – 3:00 - Lunch Break / River visit
3:00 – 4:00 – Osho Tantra Meditation – When Love meets Meditation
4:00 – 4:30 - Sharing
4:30 – 5:30 - Osho Kundalini Meditation
5:30 – 6:30 – Break
6:30 – 7:30 – Dance and Celebration/ Osho evening Satsang Meditation.

What to bring ?
Wear loose light colorful clothes or meditation robes and come on an empty stomach.
Clean drinking water is provided.
- Bring your own towels.
- In consideration to people with sensitivities, please refrain from wearing any perfumes and/or fragrances during the meditations.
You can bring your own meditation seats and yoga mats but not necessarily as meditation cushions are provided.
When to arrive ?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier for getting necessary instructions on meditations.You can join us from the morning (highly recommended) or join us for some of these sessions as your schedule permits. If you are joining in from in-between please text us or call us so that you don't come when some meditation session is going on.
Our meditations are non for profit and donation for the camp goes into arranging food and taking care of the center itself.We meet every weekend as a gathering of friends and family of meditators and donate with love and gratefulness towards the space.
The suggested love donations for the event is 25$ , which includes Breakfast, vegetarian lunch, afternoon organic herbal tea and whole day of meditations with a loving, caring group of fellow meditators.

- N or Q train from 42nd Street, Times Square,directed to Ditmars Boulevard ( get off the train on the last stop)
- Walk north-east on 31st street towards Ditmars Blvd.
- Turn left at Ditmars Blvd.
- Walk from 31st street straight to 19th street in Ditmars Blvd.
- Turn right at 19th street towards 21st Drive.
- Turn left at 19th street and 21st drive to get to 18-52 block,
- Come down through the side stairs and enter through 2nd door or call Saurav -[masked] or Vava[masked] if you need further help
Continuing our ecstasy from our last camp with swami Arun in July ,we are celebrating Osho Music and Meditation festival this Fall in September in Ithaca, NY .
