We invite you to a full day of Osho Meditations at Osho Sadhana. Lets find time for the timeless!. Highlight of the day will be Stop Meditation, a Gurdjieff’s technique for intensive awareness meditation technique which is both Celebrative and helps you be in the HERE & NOW! In the afternoon we will do Nadabrahma meditation, a Tibetan Meditation technique.

• 1:15 – 3:00 pm Lunch
• 3:00 – 4:00 pm Nadabrahma Meditation: Tibetan Technique
• 4:00 – 4:30 pm Tea Break
• 4:30 – 5:30 pm Kundalini Meditation
• 5.30 – 6:15 - Break
• 6:15 – 7:15 pm Evening Meditation: White robe Celebration and Satsang

What to bring ?
Wear loose light colorful clothes or meditation robes and come on an empty stomach.
Clean drinking water is provided.
Bring your own towels.In consideration to people with sensitivities, please refrain from wearing any perfumes and/or fragrances during the meditations
You do not need yoga mats as meditation cushions are provided.
When to arrive ?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier for getting necessary instructions on meditations.You can join us from the morning (highly recommended) or join us for some of these sessions as your schedule permits. If you are joining in from in-between please text us or call us so that you don't come when some meditation session is going on.
Our meditations are non for profit and donation for the camp goes into arranging food and taking care of the center itself.We meet every weekend as a gathering of friends and family of meditators and donate with love and gratefulness towards the space. The suggested love donations for the event is 25$ , which includes Breakfast, vegetarian lunch, afternoon organic herbal tea and whole day of meditations with a loving, caring group of fellow meditators.
If you arrive for evening session only, the suggested donation is $10.
