Field Paper Render?

From: Serge

Hey all,

Every time I make a Field Papers, I use the Toner rendering from Stamen.
It's designed for high contrast, and it prints well on black and white
printers (which is what I have).

Toner is awesome, but lately I've been thinking it could be customized
more for the needs of on the ground mappers, with additional information
on things like road direction, addresses, and changing some of the
stylings of buildings and grass.

I wanted to hack on this before this weekend's walking party, but seeing
that it's only an hour from now, I won't have time.

Is anyone else interested in this?

It might be a nice way to learn rendering, and there are lots of
communities which I'm sure would appreciate a rendering style
specifically designed to address the needs of on the ground surveyors.
