A good feed and fine words to go with it. The wine was missed.

Our Summer Solstice went very well with 25 people attending. Anthony Furey from the Ottawa Sun was presented with the HAO Journalist Award for 2012 for his articles on keeping religion out of public schools. The weather was a hot and humid but was tolerable in the beautiful open grounds of the Billings Estate.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
