Russell Warren - Profiling Python: Optimizing an SQLAlchemy bulk insert

This talk is going to demonstrate how easy it is to profile applications using python.  We'll use cProfile and RunSnakeRun as our profiling tools.  As a vehicle for optimizing, we'll optimize a bulk insert process using SQLAlchemy.  In order to make *some* sense of what is going on, there will be also be a small intro to SQLAlchemy to kick it off (although this is *not* a talk on SQLAlchemy).
