Sustainable, beautiful, healthy, fun, vibrant, exciting, unique, proud, engaged, happy, verde, local, preserved, thoughtfully planned, organic grown, united, handmade, musical, theatrical, food forward, safe, silly, energy efficient & renewable.
What are the five most vital things a great community has?
Engaged citizens, a thriving local economy, a strong local food system, vibrant creative culture and environmental harmony.
What are some of your favorite local places, bands or groups?
Stardust Video, Dandelion Communitea Cafe, Etoile Boutique, Bold Hype, Infusion Tea, Bikes, Beans & Bordeaux, Evolve, Florida School of Holistic Living, Audubon Park Community Market, Aeon Blu, Shine On, Heather Handmade & Simple Living Institute.
Why are you interested in co-creating OurLando?
As an Ourlando native I have an insatiable amount of pride of place that I want to share with the community. That is why I am more than pleased to be the Executive Director of the Progressive Local Alliance for Community Enrichment, PLACE.
