OSL'ers Swing Bells (Free Intro to Kettlebell Classes) and Powerwalk After

(This is not spam, I am not gaining anything from this, just want to get word out incase someone is interested in this cool opportunity).

For anyone interested, I will be at SPT on Saturday at Noon for their free intro to Kettlebell Work Shop.  There are also workshops at 1, 2 and 3 on Saturday, so if noon doesn't work and you still want to check it out, try another time!

After a Kick-Butt KB workout, I plan on power-walking Oakdale Park in Oakdale. (About 40 minutes) on paved (but could be icy) trails, and hilly.

Kettlebell workouts are transforming my body - come see if might be something you want to pursue so you can have lean, strong muscles for those great outdoor activities.  :)  My personal opinion of kettlebells is that it is like yoga on steroids.  I leave every class feeling lean and strong.
