After a Kick-Butt KB workout, I plan on power-walking Oakdale Park in Oakdale. (About 40 minutes) on paved (but could be icy) trails, and hilly.
Kettlebell workouts are transforming my body - come see if might be something you want to pursue so you can have lean, strong muscles for those great outdoor activities. :) My personal opinion of kettlebells is that it is like yoga on steroids. I leave every class feeling lean and strong.
