Wild Edible and Medicinal Plant Walk

Join primitive skills instructor Mike DiMauro as he shares his passion for the wild plants growing in the yards, the fields, and the forests. It is an exciting time of year for plant identification. Learning what plants look like at this early stage of development will give you something to follow all summer long through flowering and seed dropping. The focus will be on edible, medicinal, and utilitarian plants. Plants that prevent and treat poison ivy and  Lyme Disease. And different types of edible shoots and roots as this time of year will be covered.
