Uncover the hidden dynamics in relationships; free yourself from emotional entanglement and the negative impact of traumatic experience. A Family Constellation can also be a wonderful opportunity to make peace with (the loss of) a relative/friend. In a Family (Systemic) Constellation one can address any issue, either social, mental or physical. Within a group of people, the one who would like to have a constellation, will be asked to choose representatives for the members of the system, in which the issue seems to be rooted. It is usually found within the family system, as most issues are rooted here. The family system consists mainly of siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and can go even further back in the generations. In a constellation also members of a system who have passed on, get a voice. The person who does their constellation also chooses someone from the group present to represent themselves. Then they stand back and watch what evolves. The facilitator steps in and receives feedback from the representatives and works with it. It becomes apparent where the flow of love is blocked, and the facilitator takes steps to help the system heal. It's a natural phenomenon that representatives - in a safe and holding environment - can feel the emotions and think the thoughts of a person they've never met in their lives. In this process the group steps into the so called 'Knowing Field' or 'Morphogenetic Field' of a system. This is a well-known fact and is widely used in Psychodynamic approaches, like Psychodrama. The benefits: - Hidden dynamics are being uncovered - One's attitude to a situation can change - Issues in relationships can be healed - Emotions can be expressed, even towards a lost relation - The path ahead becomes much clearer - Deep understanding of what drives relationships is gained - One develops a strong sense where support comes from

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
