The Oxford Movie Fans Meetup is a friendly, welcoming group catering to all those in the Oxford area who have an enthusiasm for film. Would you like to see a wide range of films from eclectic art house to action blockbusters? Do you enjoy talking about films over drinks or a meal? Are you interested in the odd opportunity for film production? If so please do join us!

We see films at Oxford's various cinemas including The Phoenix,  Ultimate Picture Palace, both Oxford Odeons and the Vue Multiplex (if you don't have a car and need help getting to the Vue just ask). There may be trips to London for Imax screenings or trips to Oxfordshire Film Festivals.

As there's a cost to maintain the site there is a small charge of £1.00 to come along to a meetup (your first time is free!) or you can pay for the whole year for £10.

We actively welcome everyone who has an interest in film. If you  enjoy watching movies and prefer to do so in like-minded company then you are very welcome to join the group.
