Boost your energy on a one hour morning paddle to the most peaceful section on Toronto islands-the Bird Sanctuary. Seat in the canoe, close your eyes and listen to the magical sounds of nature, before paddling back to the Harbourfront. After the paddle, seat down at the picnic table, for an optional coffee and muffin.
At this time in the morning you are almost alone on the lake with no traffic and calm waters plus new friends to share the experience.
We will be running this event every Wednesday throughout the season so please come and join us on the water.
