Kathy, I was at the wrong boat ramp and had to paddle back the same way I came. Took 35 minutes to get back. Sorry.

It was very fun... We paddled out to Nashville Shores and back again. It rained some but that was better than staying at home. :)

I'm leading a PaddleFit class and teaching a full SUP Basics class after that, but will try to make it for the last hour or so. Thx!

I am planning to come with our girls after our AM Soulshine SUP PaddleFit class. I wanted to confirm the time...is it 8-12 or 8-2? I will also bring a couple of our inflatable SUPs & safety gear and would be happy to allow a few demos. Love the idea of reconnecting our youth to the great outdoors!!

I have never been in a canoe or a kayak. I would love to try this and learn a little bit about it before investing in equipment. Is that possible? Am I appropriate for this group?

    • Carolyn O.

No experience needed. That's what this event is all about.
