Please arrive in time to be ready to paddle at 10:30. The launch is at the big concrete boat launch and parking lot next to the dam on Route 32. Susan and I will be arriving by kayak from the other side of the lake, and will not be parking at the launch. We'll meander along the shoreline going in and out of numerous coves and around islands scattered through the lake. Please bring a lunch and be prepared for some swimming if the weather cooperates. The water should be plenty warm enough. Plan on a leisurely trip of about 3-4 hours depending on how long we stop to eat and swim and how far we go. I estimate the mileage to be around 5-6 miles for the main lake. It could be longer if we decide to paddle up Tully River to Long Pond. I'll leave that up to the group to decide.
