Please arrive in time to LAUNCH (start paddling) at 6:00 PM. Sunset is around 8:00, so we'll try to be back in time to load up the kayaks before it gets too dark. If you are late you can try to find us. We usually head to the right along shore and then cross over and go behind the big island in the middle, into a boggy area.
As the sun sinks lower in the sky, you will probably appreciate sunglasses and a hat or visor to shield your eyes.
Do not program "Whitehall State Park" into your GPS. It will take you to the other side of the lake. The launch is on Route 135, near Dale Road in Hopkinton. (Look at the map.)
