An 8 mile paddle along Barren River which should take about 5 hours on the water. This is an easy paddle, great for paddlers of all skill levels.
Starting at Boatlanding Park and ending at H.P. Thomas Landing (Lonnie White Ramp) which is on Belle Rive Circle, off Barren River Rd. Our meet-up location will be Boatlanding Park (Off of Boatlanding Rd) where there is a paved parking area. HP Thomas Landing has ample gravel parking and an easy take-out. **We'll stop for picnic lunch along the river.
Don't forget - GANDER MOUNTAIN SPORTING GOODS STORE has two fully outfitted kayaks for our members to borrow (for free!). Call them to reserve one for yourself or a friend.
