I have an urge to do some kayaking and canoeing, and there are plenty of opportunities here and within a couple hours drive. Married with four grown children and four grandchildren, too date.
None, unless row boating counts.
Hiking, wildlife and nature photography, fly fishing (novice), running, swiming (if my old worn out shoulders don't complain too vigorously), gardening and landscaping, woodworking (furniture and such, if I can my workshop set up), eclectic tastes in music (but not all inclusive)--prefer classical jazz, reading (history, politics (but not the crap going on in DC), etc. We've attended a couple of Orch. KY and Symphony at WKU concerts. I may be ADHD with trying to take up so many new activities and fulfilling long-term wishes and hopes.
Retired. Moved to BG, in part because of its proximity to recreational sites. I'm wanting to become a kayaking/canoeing enthusiast. Have had too many schedule conflicts to paddle more frequently. Also interested in hiking and fly fishing.
Need to get to know everyone to comment--40 strangers at one time one a first time experience. Somewhat intimedating to a fairly timid individual.
