Thank you, Dennis for helping me with my kayak today. What impressed me the most is that I didn't even ask for help, but you helped anyway. I saw a buck with a full rack and his doe as I was leaving the park, and that was the perfect ending of a perfect day.The strainers were easy to get around today.

I am setting up a trip to Narrow Ridge Earth Literacy Center with the Middle Tennessee Sierra Club Outings and Adventures for two nights and 3 days, the nights of June 1st and 2nd. I hope you and your husband can come. There will be a hike, but they will set a leisurely pace.

Laurie, I thought about that also . It was no big deal and certainly undrstand the desire for cheap gas. Franklin is at least 25 cents more a gallon

It was great to get to try out a couple of different boats. I was having a hard time with the Rouge too until a guy told me about the skek. then it was pretty easy. I had a great time though and I'm looking forward to doing this again.
