Combining two of my favorite 'let yourself go' activities? Brilliant! Plus, I always say that there's not enough alcohol in the world to make me sing in public. Turns out. . . . .all it took was a little paint dancing! A terrific way to get rid of whatever ails you, meet new people, and re-energize your spirit. Highly recommend this for anyone who want a little more fun in their life!

Seattle Paint Dancing is one of the most interesting and productive ways to spend a Friday night that I've found in quite some time. At first I was a bit apprehensive to get involved in the dancing part; I was more interested in the painting because it's something I never get to do. I LOVE to dance though, so I did so more in my painting area. There was a wide variety of genres played, would have liked a bit more contemporary music thrown in occasionally. Unfortunately, toward the end of the evening when lights were turned off for the last few songs, there was one annoying guy that turned a creative and different way of spending a Friday night into the usual "bar/club" scene mentally--definitely not my style, not a fan of people I don't know touching me, especially when I was so obviously not into the dancing at that point. Next time I attend (and there will be a next time), :) I would want to talk to more people, bring a few more people that I know, and not be too inhibited.
