Heya SF Paleo,
After a short April break, we’re back in business, with a mini-lecture from a crazy talented paleo blogger Rachel Ball. She will give us a much needed primer on upgrading food with herbs, spices, and basic cooking wisdom. Think salt and peppppa taken to a whole new level. All this, while munching on some yummy potluck grub, and meeting like minded SF Paleo cave-psters. Cheers, and I hope to see ya'all!
