The intention of my work is to assist you in reclaiming your wholeness and joy of your being. With this goal in mind, "self realization classes" and/or healing sessions, focus on the connection between the Body, Mind and Spirit-and to promote a deeply integrative healing experience. The techniques used will support and empower you in your own process. In this way, you become able to access the wisdom and healing potential within your own being.
