Lets explore our inner self! Meditation is the practice where sitting quietly we slow down, relax, and reduce the flow and clutter of thoughts in our mind. It improves focus, mental clarity, patience. It brings peace and happiness.
Group meditation is easier than individual in home meditations as group helps and prevents one from getting distracted or just deciding to stop due to not exercised will power. Also in group meditation it is possible to reach a deeper trance. Naples sunset is 7:59pm. We will meditate on the beach for 1 hr. Please bring a towel or yoga mat to sit on.
We are meeting in the lobby of Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club. Lets meet by the fish tank (elevators), there are couches and chairs there. I will have my red yoga mat with me.
