Are you a new mom who is looking to regain your prepregnancy shape? Are you looking to meet other moms in the area just like you? Are you interested in fun, FREE playgroups for your little one and great Moms events too? Then Stroller Strides and the LUNA Mom's Club are for you! Stroller Strides® is the country's largest and fastest growing fitness program for new moms. The stroller workout combines a fitness walk with the stroller and body toning intervals where we use the stroller, the environment and exercise tubing. We meet Monday through Friday from 9:30-10:30 in Mill Creek Town Center and at Alderwood Mall during the winter. We often walk outside of the mall so please layer your little ones and bring blankets and jackets. Your first class is always FREE so come check us out. LUNA Mom's CLUB - As moms ourselves, we understand that life is about finding balance while nurturing our minds, bodies and spirits. LMC was created with this aspiration in mind. By becoming a member you will build a tight community of moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter. Support and connect with other moms through innovative and creative playgroups, entertaining moms night outs, and Mommies with a Mission activities.  You do not need to be a Stroller Strides member to be in LMC.
