Magical Evening in a Private Mansion Garden, Central Paris

Hi everyone,

For this evening the plan is to enjoy a jewel of a museum with a relaxing and gorgeous private garden !
During the summer months the Musée Rodin opens late on Wednesdays, giving us the opportunity to go there afterwork when it is quiet, admire the sculptures and enjoy the garden of this Hotel Particulier (mansion) from the 18th century. Just to confirm this is where you can see this!

Icing on the cake the young artist Erik Samakh has reinvested the garden with magical stones…

The plan is to meet at 7.30pm in a cafe nearby (address TBC soon), for an apero and a light dinner before going wandering in the museum and the garden with the sunset. Very nice!
You can book your ticket in advance for 10.80 Euros (or6.80 if you are under 25) on http://www.digitick.com/musee-rodin-visite-paris-07-aout-2013-css5-museerodin-pg101-ri2012338.html

Looking forward to it!

    Hi Aurelei,

    I wasn't complaining or attacking you :-)

Thanks for answering - I understand that the museum is small -

    Enjoy,
    Lars

Lars and June, I don't quite understand your questions... I posted the event, people replied, I cap at around 20 because the museum is small and would not accept a bigger group. Then sometimes there is a waiting list, but we do not delete an event of the website because there is a waiting list. The event is scheduled and has to stay announced online.... You would have noticed that the RSVPs are closed though and that I have already replied regarding why we cannot be too big a group. Now I have to go back to work, I also have a real job to attend. A

If there is already a substantial waiting list, then why even post the event?

Hi Aurelei - just out of curiosity, where is the bottleneck on group size...? The cafe or the museum or...?

Those on the waiting list please notice everybody buying a ticket can go to the Museum that Wednesday or any other Wednesday or day.

It sounded so fun! By the time it was posted, it already had a large waiting list?

Hey, we cannot be too big a group for this meet up so I have to close the RSVPs... I will schedule another meet up soon! Thanks for your understanding! A
