Just to let you know that two free Krav Maga/ Self Defense initiation classes in english for beginners will take place on Saturday 26th January and 2nd February from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the American Church in Paris.
The class is open to beginners, men and women, willing to learn the basic techniques of efficient self defense.
