Are you interested in regular interval training?

Interval training (alternating slow and fast runs for very short periods of time, like 30 seconds at a time) is hard but improves speed. It is best done on a track or anywhere where you can DECIDE where you stop. It is a must if you want to improve your time on a marathon or a half-marathon. It is hard to do by yourself, so doing it as a group may prove a lot more motivating.

Which time works best for weeknight runs?

We all have busy schedules, so please let us know what time works best for you to meet for a group run.
