No laboring allowed! Relax in the park instead!

We're ON!

I can see clearly now, the rain is gone...it's gonna be a bright, sunshiny day!

While it may not be quite as warm as we had hoped for, at least there is sun! Something we haven't seen in weeks! (Months?) So c'mon out and spend an afternoon in the park! Don't forget a beverage and snack to share, a glass, something to sit on, a outdoor game (if you have one), and your most happy attitude.

Look for the group flying the French flag (attached to a red baby stroller) by the giant bike wheel sticking out of the ground in the Parc de la Villette (back of the park near the canal).

See you later!

Thou shalt not labor this day!

Therefore, you should join us for an afternoon aperó in the park!

When: Tuesday, May 1, 4pm until...

Where: La Parc de la Villette, in the Prairie du Cercle near the giant bike wheel sticking out of the ground (you'll know it when you see it). Look for the group flying the French flag. Métro: Porte de Pantin (line 5)

What to bring: a bottle of wine/champagne/something you like to drink, a glass, a "snack" to share with the group (cheese, chips, etc.), something to sit on, outside games like frisbee or soccer/football, a happy attitude and desire to hang out with cool people

pleasant picnic but a shame it turned into anexpensive one for me: some low lifes stole my helmet and gloves from the locked top case of my scooter, and broke its lock

Thanks Melissa. You have some influence with the weather Gods, it seems! Hopefully, this will be the first of many picnics this season.

Hi Ganit ... it's noted in the body of the the event page: Porte de Pantin, line #5. Unfortunately, the meetup map won't let you click the map to see the name.

    See you there,

    Susan

    Hi Lisa,
As of right now, we don't have a Plan B. I'm thinking positively and hoping the weather reports are wrong! I'll email the morning of the event and let you know the status. If it turns out to be a rainy day, I'll see if I can find a bar in the area that could fit us all and doesn't admit pluie. So, please check your email Tuesday morning for the final details. Thanks!

bonjour all! Just wondering if there is aready a plan B idea if it is raining or if it will simply be cancelled? La pluie seems to want to join us ;).

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
