I'd like to check out this class that is being given on Saturday, January 19th at Ecole Des Papillons. Since I am an over weight, former ballet dancer myself, this class really appeals to me. She can only take 6 clients and prefers ladies over 40 years old. No dance experience is required. This isn't a cardio class, but more like a stretching and muscle strengthening class. What to wear: loose jogging type pant, sleeveless or short sleeve T-shirt, socks or ballet type soft shoes. The salle has showers and towels with a room to change in.
