Come out this Saturday to practice your parkour skills and put your limits to the test! Class will be led by our trainer Mohab Mokhtar.
This week the training session will consist of:
30 Mins conditioning & work out, then 1 hour parkour training
Remember, ALL levels are welcome and there is NO cost :)
What you will need: A positive attitude, comfortable workout clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, and tennis shoes.
