Combination of trainer's advice and determination helped achieve me first success - climbing a 2.5-3m wall.

Thank you for the session; quite inspiring.

Umar, we do a wide range of exercises that are always different, it depends on what obstacle is in front of you at the moment. The best way for you to understand this is to come for a class. To put it into categories today we will work on building up your core, practicing precisions, long jumps, balance, and learn speed vaulting. Hope to see you there!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
