It is very comforting to think that doing something I like will help me to reduce or avoide all together the short term memory loss in a visible future (I am 48!). I work with geriatric population and I see too often the devastation of a memory loss and its affects on life. IMO, reading is still the best way to keep our brains developing as long as we live. But thank you for an additional sweet gift of knitting to my mentality!
