Some of our members wanted to meet more frequently and some wanted a different time. This is an extra Sunday we are meeting at 12 noon to 1 PM. You do not have to get something to eat if you do not want to. Panera has a lot of healthy options to choose from and they post their calories on their board.
The purpose is to suport people in their health goals. You are welcome to drop by and join us once or to show up as many times as you are able. There is no cost to be a part of this support group. Each week we will have a different topic.
Kris is a member of our meetup group and is a health coach for Take Shape for Life® and a registered nurse. As part of her personal mission to help people get to their optimum health, she has agreed to host a discussion on weight loss.
