Volunteering- Serving Sunday Dinner

Come lend a helping hand and help serve Sunday dinner to those less fortunate.

Volunteers are need to help to cook, serve and cleanup.

This  Meetup is from 4:30-6:15 pm.

I am asking everyone to bring a food item to serve 20 people.   Some ideas that are welcome are:  Salads, cole slaw, a vegetable tray, drinks, cheese, crackers, meats, chicken, pasta, dinner rolls, bread, desserts, applesauce, vegetables...etc...   These foods will be served during dinner.  Nothing will go to waste. If you have a favorite recipe feel free to make and bring it. Ovens will be provided if you need to heat your dish up.  Please come with your meal already prepared!! There will be no time for you to cook your meal.  It might be a good idea to wear an apron. Gloves are provided.  Cleaning suppplies are needed such as- dish soap, multi purpose cleaners, paper towels, paper bowls, plates and toilet paper.

Hope to see you there!

It's great to get out with such a nice group of people for a good cause, and it's always nice to meet those I haven't met before.

I will be there but changing my RSVP to just me. My HS aged son was going to come with me but has to work, so someone waiting can get on the list.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
