You really were a great group tonight! It didn't take long to get you laughing and less tense for the first lesson. Learning Italian is like swimming: you got to let yourself go and don't think too much about it.
My father used to say "meglio far ridere che piangere" (better to make people laugh than cry), so don't worry if words just don't come out right at the beginning. With time you'll get better.
I'm glad I gave some of you the chance to try different levels, like 102 and Intermediate, so you'll participate in the class that seems more appropriate to you, and get the best out of it.
Arrivederci alla prossima,

* Say one's nationality
BEGINNERS 102 - CHE PIACERE RIVEDERTI (Nice to see you again)
* Describe the aspect of a person
* Talk about changes in your life
* Describe the personality and interests of a person
* Conversation at the theater's counter
* Propose and plan on doing something together. Get a date/appointment!

Buongiorno! I can't wait to meet you soon.
I like to clarify to all that we didn't separate 102 and 102 events to avoid too many notifications in the calendar and consequently to your email. The same day we have also Intermediate and Advance.
I agree with Paulette that doesn't make it clear for the RSVP ... Basically if you consider yourself a 'true beginner' come at 6 pm, if not, come at 7:30. After I meet you in person I'll be better able to suggest either 101 or 102 to you.

Ciao a tutti!
Numerous and passionate about everything that is Italian (language, culture, food & wine) : that's the kind of people I like :-)
I'm ready to start this new adventure that I'm sure will make us laugh a lot, while we are learning.
I know how hard learning a new language can be, because I went through myself ... with English, and I'm still improving ... Americans have been very patient and understanding with me, so it's my time to return the favor.
Arrivederci a presto, Germana
