What else would you like to tell our group about yourself?

My great-grandparents migrated to Genoa, Wisconsin from a town in the foothills of the Alps above Lake Como back in the late 1800s . I know only a few words in Italian and would to learn more.

How did you learn about our group?

from Bill Castellani

What is your favorite Italian book, author, film, song, musician, food and/or city?

I visited several Umbrian towns on a watercolor painting class trip and especially liked Montefalco. I make pasta and ravioli.

At what level do you speak Italian and do you speak other languages?

I was fluent in Spanish but lost most of it after not using it after college graduation. I know only a bit of Italian and would like to learn more.

What kind of events would you most enjoy?

Italian classes and movies.

I worked for the US Dept. of Agriculture for 30 years, took early retirement, and am now enjoying art classes, movies, and travel.
