PDALA, LAPUG and LADIG will be participating in the PRO PHOTO EXPO Show & Conference in Pasadena on Friday August 23 through Sunday August 25 2013. Our booth number is[masked] (Hall B).

Register again, otherwise.If your confirmation doesn't "take" for any reason and they can't find your Eventbrite confirmation at the show registration desk, you will be required to pay the full entrance fee - And we won't be able to help you. Stop by our booth,[masked] in Hall B to receive your raffle ticket. You'll receive 1 ticket for each day you attend (if you haven't RSVPd) or 2 tickets for each you attend AND have RSVPd for that specific day.

When you visit the PDALA/LAPUG/LADIG booth at the expo - and you've RSVPd to one (or more) of the three separate Meetups - You will receive TWO Raffle tickets for EACH DAY that you attend  the conference. (Remember to visit us on "each" day you attend. No retroactive or advance tickets will be given.)

If you visit us EACH DAY of the conference and you've RSVPd to EACH Expo Day event, you will end up with SIX RAFFLE TICKETS. Remember, the CUT-OFF to RSVP for the next day's event is 8PM on the night prior - No Exceptions. We will have a list and will check your name off the list. If you're not on the list, you'll only receive 1 ticket.

Note: If you haven't RSVP'd, you can still visit us at the booth and as long as you ID yourself as a PDALA member (and provide us with your full name and email address), you will receive ONE raffle ticket for each day you attend and visit us. So, RSVPing doubles the number of your raffle tickets and your chances to win.

ABOUT THE RAFFLE - TERMS & CONDITIONS

We will be RAFFLING OFF a ONE-YEAR ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD subscription. The drawing will be held on the last day of the show, Sunday August 25 at 3:30pm. The winner does not need to be present but "must" be a EXISTING member of PDALA, LAPUG or LADIG (Alternate numbers will be drawn in case the initial winner is disqualified.). By receiving your raffle ticket, you will be indicating your agreement to these terms.

We may be adding additional raffle prizes (which will be given out daily, etc) but the Adobe Creative Cloud 1-year subscription will be our Grand-Prize and will be drawn at the end of the last day.


E - MEMBERS ART EXHIBIT

Would you like to exhibit your art or pictures at our booth? If so, please respond ASAP to reserve your spot. Note that you will be required to bring your own Easel(s) or other mounting supplies.

You can also bring any of your marketing materials or business cards to display at our Info table (Must be Photography- or Photoshop-related and your very own business or the company you work for).

NOTE: We have the final right to approve or refuse any art or material displayed in our booth.


F - MEMBERS VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES

Would you like to volunteer to help us with set-up (on the morning of the show at 8am sharp) or at the booth for a couple of hours, helping answer questions, etc? A few spots are available and volunteers will receive extra raffle tickets and other goodies

Please contact us to reserve a booth staffing time slot or IF you can help us with our booth set-up (Friday at 8:00am SHARP!!), please contact us in order to be confirmed. Convention Center Parking will be reimbursed for confirmed/approved "Set-up volunteers" and you'll receive extra raffle tickets.
