Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement. This class consists of a vigorous, flowing practice that links breath with dynamic movement to release toxins and create a transformative and balancing effect. Each class will offer a creative sequence built around Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). Variations in Sun Salutations are often used followed by standing sequences, balancing and seated postures. Classes build heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength, along with clarity and mental focus. Come ready to move, sweat and melt into savasana. All levels welcome.
Regular drop in rate is $12. First class is $6. February is bring a friend for free!
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Rentals are available for $1.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts. Class start promptly at 6pm and the studio doors are locked.
