The purpose of this class is to make yoga affordable and accessible for everyone!
Classes are taught at a slower pace with emphasis on proper alignment and initiating movement with the breath. Warm up with some sun salutations, fine tune your standing postures, build strength and endurance, stretch, and relax. Modifications are given for the beginning student and options are provided for the advanced student seeking an extra challenge! You will leave this class feeling relaxed and energized!
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before class begins. Class starts promptly at 4:30 and the studio doors are locked.
