Chimney Park in North Portland

We've gone East & West, so let's go North then South! Chimney Park has 5 acres of fenced in dog park with several big trees for shade and running water. Additional driving directions: The entrance is located to the south of Columbia Blvd. It is easy to overlook, but there is a sign for Chimney Park and you can usually see all the dogs playing in the field. There is a gravel parking lot behind the Parks maintenance building. http://www.portlandoregon.gov/parks/finder/index.cfm?action=ViewPark&PropertyID=5

The area was nice, but too much mud in the primary area.

Are "soon to adopt" shiba owners allowed to attend?

If someone on my end of town (Beaverton @ Murray & Scholls) can bring me along, I will have that weekend off of work and would love to get Sen Ten some sunshine with other Shibas! :)

Melody - The entrance is on the south, turning off of Columbia Blvd. It is easy to overlook, but there is a sign for Chimney Park and you can usually see all the dogs playing in the field. There is a gravel parking lot behind the Parks maintenance building. It's pretty straightforward when you get there. I'll add these details to the description.
You are more than welcome to bring friends of all kinds. The more the merrier!
