Take a break in the middle of you day and the middle of your week to relax and renew yourself for the rest of the week. Join us for a meditation.
Sound Healing with Tibetan Bowls uses the vibrational sounds of Tibetan Bowls to create deep states of relaxation. Each vibration accesses deep layers of the physical body. The combination of deep relaxation and vibrational tones enables blocked energy to begin to flow. It is in this state of flow that the body is most open to healing and moving into states of peace and contentment. Dress for warmth and relaxation.
Please RSVP to reserve your spot since there is only room for 10 people. The class may be canceled if the are no RSVP's. Please bring a yoga mat and whatever else you need to get comfortable while laying on the floor. We will have some blankets and pillows.
