Meetup: Indirect Dialogue

Dialogue. It’s over half of a novel. Done well, it can reveal characters and their backstories and move the story forward. Join us as we explore avoiding “on the nose” dialogue and creating engaging conversations between your characters.

Before we start our regular Meet up there is always a writing 'game' that offers a way to understand some aspect of writing in a challenging and interactive way.

If you haven't made it to this group, try it out, it might be the group of writers you've been looking for that will make you comfortable and creative whether you write poetry, fiction, non-fiction, screenplays, plays, short stories or scribble on napkins.

Don't be shy. See you here!

This will be cool b/c I really need to know how to make real conversation on paper. Looking forward to it.
