Come learn how to make your own wines as weird and herbal as your heart desires with Bubbling Bayou Community Ferments! Contact ahead of time if you want to discuss us procuring supplies so you can bring a gallon juice-ish project home to bubble itself into wine. All types of ferments will be available for sliding scale purchase. Take home fermentation kits for the ferments made in class can be available via request.
