This class is going to be part of a fundraising/donation series of fermentation classes to raise money for a new collectively run (no bosses!) business called Bubbling Bayou Community Ferments.
In this class we will learn about the souring process (sauerkraut, fermented salsas/veggie medleys/pickling/etc). as well as make our own (which will not be ready for weeks! but they're will be sauerkraut that was made weeks ago available for purchase!) in a totally interactive way.
There will be suggested donation, no one turned away for lack of funds, but also, ya know, we ARE trying to start a business and that means buying lots of infrastructure so we can shared awesome local ferments with y'all either through direct sale, for hire craft bar, or Community Supported Alcohol and Ferments (quite like a farm CSA).
There will be local, organic ferments available for sale.
