Sourdough Bread and Kvass Drink Making Class

Join Bubbling Bayou Community Ferments to learn how to make sourdough bread and Kvass, a traditional Russian probiotic soda made out of bread and sweeteners such as raisins. (Meet in the backyard at Red House.) Notebooks and pens encouraged. As always, a wide variety of ferments will be available for sliding scale purchase. Take home fermentation kits for the ferments made in class can be available via request.
