Yogurt & Cheesemaking Class
Come learn the basics about making dairy ferments such as yogurt and soft cheeses. In class we will be demonstrating how to make live cultured yogurt and cheese, as well as flavoring the cheese that we make!
Bubbling Bayou Community Ferments will also be selling both fermentation kits and our probiotic goodies at the event ( expect kombucha, sauerkraut, probiotic pico and gazpacho, probiotic sodas, live cultured yogurt, preserved pickles and more!).
