Rainwater Management, Big Picture- Capacity College Summer Leadership Colloquium

This is a seminar put on by the Neighborhood Partnership Network, geared mostly toward educating neighborhood associations on how to use the political process to meet the needs of their communities. The topic of this session is storm water management-- $800 million is set to be spent improving New Orleans's drainage system, and this seminar will cover the current plan, best practices, and related policies on subjects such as rainwater collection and permeable cover. The Capacity College Summer Leadership Colloquium Series: Improve Drainage and the Appeal of your Street and your Neighborhood Clinic Learn how you and your neighbors can improve drainage in response to rainwater that collects on your street and in your neighborhood.
