Harnessing Microbes to preserve the harvest -- Lacto-fermentation!: All about L.F. -- how it works, what can be lacto-fermented (hint: NOT just vegetables/fruits!), sample some of the more interesting ferments & go home empowered with recipes for amazing, healthy LF foods you can create yourself (preserve the harvest & enjoy it all year long).
