Intro. to Permaculture:
Permaculture is a set of ethics, principles, and a design process for successfully applying lessons from nature to the human realm. An attempt to integrate scientific knowledge of the last four centuries with techniques developed by indigenous cultures over the previous forty, permaculture looks beyond sustainability towards systems that are diverse, regenerative, and resilient over the long term.
Learn about the basics (permaculture ethics and principles) and how you can apply some permaculture techniques on your site to create a healthier, more productive, resilient, and low-maintenance landscape this growing season.
This event is part of the Sustainability Series offered at Kimberton Waldorf School --all donations received will benefit the school's scholarship fund.
