Join us as our guest presenter, David Siller, leads us into the wonderful world of lacto-fermentation.
We will be making and taking home a fermented vegetable, exploring the making on Mead (honey-wine) and learn about making home-made vinegar (bring a small food container if you'd like to take home some mere de vinaigre -- a bit of "Vinegar Mother" -- to start making your own, healthy vinegar!
Please try to plan to arrive a few minutes before we get started so you can settle in and get ready to learn.
