Introduction
Started an organic raised veggie garden this year. Processed a lot of tomatoes and zucchini. Had fresh corn this summer, and herbs are still growing. Fruit trees going in soon. Also make some of my clothes. Like self-sufficiency.

What classes, workshops, lecture topics interest you the most?
Storing produce for winter use; organic gardening (coping with slugs and squirrels); mini-farming; getting townships to allow chickens; anything relating to self-sufficient living.
