Hi! My name is April Gardner, and I started The Exchange. I am new to Meetup, and have to learn all about Meetup. With regard to The Exchange...I started it to enable individuals to do business using three alternatives; Sharing, Gifting, and Bartering. Bartering and Gifting have IRS stipulations. Sharing does not have IRS stipulations. I am going to have a meeting in Forked River. I believe that there should be county based exchanges in each state.
