On Missed Classes:
Inevitably, a student will need to miss a class due to illness, conflicting plans or vacation. Not a problem.
The handouts and other info provided each session should give you most, if not all, of the information you may miss.
It is suggested, however, that you double check with someone during lunchtime at the next class to compare
any possible extra notes, just to be sure. The handouts or information posted on the course website will provide clear instructions or information so that you will be able to
easily understand what we have done in class, at home. Unfortunately, it is impossible to make up a class or
receive a refund for a missed class. To be clear: One class missed: inevitable. Two classes missed:
bummer, you are missing a lot of good stuff! Three or more classes missed and You will not qualify for the certificate (if you are taking a certificate course) at the completion of the course AND you are still responsible for all outstanding course payments.
Please do your best to get all class dates on your calendar before the course begins and if you know you
won’t be able to make to a particular class, please let us know in advance. Thanks for your understanding!
